01. Service Booking & Diagnostics

When you register a service request for your washing machine, you accept our standard on-site visitation policy:

• A fixed diagnostic and transport fee is applicable for the technician's house visit and initial testing.
• This diagnostic charge will be fully waived if you approve the quote and proceed with the suggested repair work.

02. Transparent Pricing & Payments

We maintain an upfront pricing system. No hidden charges will be applied after the completion of the job:

• The comprehensive quote provided after inspection includes both manual labour and genuine spare parts.
• Full payment is required immediately after the machine is successfully repaired using Cash or PayNow.

03. Replacement Parts & Repair Warranty

To support reliable repairs, warranty coverage applies to the specific component replaced and the fault fixed during the service, subject to the applicable warranty terms.

• The warranty covers the specific component replaced and the exact fault fixed, as stated in the applicable terms.
• Unauthorised third-party opening, tampering, or modifications may void the applicable warranty.
• Issues caused by voltage fluctuations, water supply blockages, or severe overloading may be excluded under the warranty terms.

04. Limitation of Liability

Our team works with care and attention. However, Fast Repair SG cannot be responsible for pre-existing damage, internal deterioration, rusting of old metal chassis, or system breakdowns that occurred before the technician's arrival, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

05. Repair Approval & Additional Charges

Our technician will inspect the washing machine, explain the identified fault, and provide a repair quotation. Repair work will begin only after the customer approves the quoted price. If additional work or replacement parts are required, further charges will be communicated for approval before proceeding with the task.

06. Booking Cancellation & Rescheduling

Customers should contact Fast Repair SG as early as possible to cancel or reschedule a repair appointment. Service availability may vary depending on technician schedules and location. Any applicable cancellation or visit charges should be communicated clearly when confirming the booking.

07. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate information about the washing machine's brand, model, symptoms, and previous repair history, where known. Please ensure the appliance is accessible and the work area is reasonably safe for inspection and repair. Customers should also inform our technician about any known electrical, plumbing, or other safety concerns.

08. Service Availability & Repair Time

Fast Repair SG provides washing machine repair services across Singapore, subject to service coverage and appointment availability. Same-day appointments and repair time estimates are subject to availability and may vary depending on the issue, technician schedules, and the availability of required spare parts.

09. Warranty Claims & Exclusions

Any washer repair warranty applies only to the parts, work, and specific faults expressly covered by the warranty provided for the service. Please keep your invoice or service documentation available when contacting us for warranty support. Exclusions and warranty duration will be explained before the repair is confirmed. These Terms and Conditions do not restrict or remove any rights that are protected by law and cannot be waived or excluded.

10. Privacy & Customer Information

We may collect customers' contact details, service addresses, appliance information, and booking details to arrange appointments, provide repair services, process payments, and respond to enquiries. We collect, use, and protect personal data in line with our Privacy Policy and relevant data protection laws and regulations.

11. Changes to These Terms

Fast Repair SG reserves the right to revise these Terms and Conditions as needed. Any amendments will appear on this page, together with the date of the most recent update. Any amendments will remain subject to applicable laws and will not affect legal rights or obligations that cannot be modified.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions at fastrepairsg.com shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws of Singapore. They do not override, limit, or remove any consumer protections or legal rights available under applicable Singapore legislation.
